The Summer CourseThe summer course is welcome to everyone who would like to experience dance classes with "De Dutch Don't Dance Division", the guest company that find inspiration from the works of Jiri Kylian, Martha Graham, Hans Van Manen. THE CRADLE is the ideal place where the choreographic creativity becomes alive and is not a case that it-s placed in Urbino, the cradle of the Renaissance. "The Cradle" project was born in Urbino in 2016, during the International Dance Day promoted by Unesco, and it continued in 2017 with the first edition of Urbino Dance Weekend that ended with an inedited performance. During the second edition (1/2/3/4/5 August 2018) Rinus Sprong, Thom Stuart and Michaël Häfliger created a choreography in which all the students have been involved, and in the night of the last working day they performed it in the Collegio Raffaello in Urbino. In the upcoming edition there will be the same program of last year. During the summer course the teachers from De Dutch Don't Dance Division junior company will give the opportunity to select some of the students from the Advanced Level for the audition of the season 2020-2021. The Senior pack will be open (+/- 40 years old) , adult dancers, ex dancers and amateur dancers are welcome to Urbino for a summer intensive accompanied by an excursion of the territory, of the cultural heritage and of the beauties of the Montefeltro. During the summer intensive all the students will be involved in the creation of a performance that will take place, the last day, in one of the most beautiful locations of Urbino for presenting the final work to the audience
